ARDEN About Passes & Permits
Arden On The Severn offers many community amenities and we invite all residents to get involved and help to maintain our assets. Beaches, piers, boat ramps are designated private and are for community residents to enjoy. Paying your Annual Dues and purchasing required permits helps to support ABI in their efforts.

Beach Passes: Included in ABI Annual Dues
Vehicle Parking Per Vehicle: $10
Boat Ramp Permits: One: $75, Two: $100
Dinghy Dock: $10
Vehicle Parking permits
Parking is available at all of the beaches, is for residents only and requires a Vehicle Permit which can be ordered for when you pay Annual Dues. • All cars parked on ABI property must display an ABI Vehicle Permit sticker, or risk the possibility of being towed at the owner's expense. • The parking stickers are not transferrable between vehicles and are directly tied to the license plate displayed on the car. • The permit must be permanently attached to the window on the drivers-side of the car. (Vehicle Permits are an optional purchase, you do not need to purchase one if you do not intend to park your vehicle at any of the beaches.)
Boat Ramp Permits
Boat Ramp Permits are available to Arden On The Severn residents only and can be purchased when pay for your Annual Dues. Be prepared to show copies of registration to acquire your permit. To use boat launches in Arden, you must display an ABI Boat Ramp Permit on your trailer, or you risk the possibility of being towed. • Permits are not transferrable between vehicles and are directly tied to the license plate displayed on the trailer. • The permit must be permanently attached to the designated trailer. (Boat ramp permits are optional; you only need one if you intend the use the ramp.)
DINGHY DOCK Permits
Dinghy Dock Permits are available to Arden On The Severn residents only and can be purchased when pay for your Annual Dues. You may tie-up at the dock all year at any time as long as you have a permit. The dock for dinghy tie-up is in Section 4 at the corner of Valentine View and Plum Creek Drive.
