1 • ABI manages and maintains 5 beaches, 3 boat launch ramps, a dinghy dock, and various community properties. We are fortunate to live in Arden on the Severn and be able to take advantage of these great amenities in our terrific community.
2 • ABI hires, finances, and manages individuals and companies for needs such as Beach Security, Beach Management, Trash Removal, Portable Restrooms, Lawn Maintenance, Beach Checkers (great summer job for youth in our community), Website Maintenance, Registrar, and of course mandatory insurance.
3 • ABI hosts the annual Bull Roast as well as the Wine, Swine and Brie social. These events aren’t big money makers — however, they are great for meeting your neighbors and bringing the community together. (Neither was held this year due to the pandemic restrictions).
4 • The entire ABI Board of Directors is comprised of eleven dedicated, Non-Paid Volunteers, who are voted in at the ABI Annual Shareholders meeting in January of each year. Show them your support!
